Hi Meow (HI喵) is a feeder on the Hello Street Cat app. It's located in a grassy area with plenty of plants beside a white fence. It usually also has a red water bottle in the water dispenser.

Mr. Eyes, an orange tabby known for his eyes going wall-eyed as he eats while staring at the camera
Mr. Flytrap, a brown tabby who enjoys swatting at flies
Mr. Misfortune, known for his curse of bad luck
Ms. Mayo, a calico with a distinctive white patch on her nose
Ms. Shorty, a tortoiseshell with a white chin and small body
Ms. Sniff, a calico with a grumpy look that loves to strike a pose for the camera
Ms. Fishbowl, a skittish tortoiseshell with a small orange dot on her head.
Mr. Cheetah, a spotted brown cat with a black tipped tail and a white chest and paws
Mr. Quills, a dappled brown tabby whose coat pattern resembles that of a hedgehog
Mr. Sparkle, a brown tabby with a large white ring around his neck that continues down his belly and paws
The Bugwatcher, a brown tabby with black striped legs that likes to loaf and watch the bugs
