Mr. Dress is a cat on the 万猫屋 feeder (Feeder ID 4154701567245307824) which is assumed to be owned by the owner of the feeder. This is possibly why they are visible sleeping on that feeder all the time. Their fur pattern is orange and white, which is why they are assumed to be male. Their nickname, Mr. Dress, comes from the fact they wear a light blue dress with a floral pattern on it.
