Hi Meow (HI喵) is a feeder on the Hello Street Cat app. There have been seven cats seen at this feeder so far, Mr. Eyes, Mr. Misfortune, Ms. Mayo, Ms. Shorty, and three not-yet-named cats.

• Mr. Eyes, known for his eyes going wall-eyed as he eats while staring at the camera
• Mr. Misfortune
• Ms. Mayo, a calico cat with a distinctive white patch on her nose
• A not-yet-named black cat.
• A not-yet-named tabby cat with a white stomach and white paws.
• A not-yet-named spotted brown cat with a black-tipped tail
• Ms. Shorty, a tortoiseshell with an almost fully black head and small body
