There's the possibility that he's another cat from the same person who takes care of Ms. Dress, but unlike Ms. Dress which has clothing, he doesn't seen to have a collar, which makes people wonder whether he has an owner or is a stray.

Behavior

Mr. Edo seems to be a very calm cat. When he appears, he prefers to eat from the cup at the side of the feeder rather than from the feeder itself. Additionally, he often eats by grabbing the food with his paws rather than eating with his mouth, which gives him a more elegant and sophisticated appearance compared to the other stray cats.
