First known sighting June 6, 2024

Mr Uzumaki is a cat from both Huanzi Animal Rescue Base feeders. He was first spotted on June 6, 2024, but was named much later, Uzumaki being chosen for his swirl-like marking and having gradually driven those trying to differentiate him from the other brown and white tabbies at the feeder to insanity.

Behavior

Mr Uzumaki is quite elusive and shy. When he does show up at the feeder, he doesn't tend to stay long, or isn't fully visible, making identification difficult. He seems to get along well with the other cats at the feeder, but rarely eats from it himself.

Appearance

Mr. Uzumaki is a mostly white brown tabby. The few patches of color seen on him are an odd patch on the top of his head, making him look like he has a bad haircut; and notably, a swirl-shaped patch on his back. His tail is also entirely brown.

Sightings

June 2024

  • June 6, 2024: At around 02:45 AM (LFT), Mr. Uzumaki was first spotted and his back marking captured- unfortunately, due to the darkness in the area, lack of documentation at the time, and problems with the cameras, he was confused with Ms. Maple, causing issues in both of their identification.

July 2024

  • July 20, 2024: At 03:31 PM (LFT), Mr. Uzumaki was seen having a quick bite to eat from the feeder.
  • July 22, 2024:
    • At 06:25 AM (LFT), Mr. Uzumaki had a quick sit at the feeder. He swiped at a few stray kibbles before moving on with his day.
    • At 08:21 AM (LFT), Mr. Uzumaki was seen laying down at the feeder. He would stare at the camera for a bit, hoping to get some viewers to donate some food.

(Not every cat sighting is documented.)
