Bill is a cat from A Litter of Cats Who Love Each Other. He is the child of Bob, and the brother of Bob Jr. and Brutus. He is a very playful cat, and has been seen playing with bugs and pieces of garbage. In fact, he likes garbage so much that he brings it to the feeder bowl, just for the fun of it. He is friendly with Serif.
