Mr. Fly is a fly that appears a few times on the stream, there is a chance that those appearances are completely different flies, almost like an army of flies. Though it is mostly likely it’s the same fly.

Behavior

Mr. Fly loves to land on the food and make it all gross with his germs and bacteria.

Mr. Fly about to land on the food and make it all contaminated! (Someone stop him).

He has been shown appearing in different places at once (somehow). So, you might see him hanging out in different spots, maybe there's a whole bunch of them flying around.

He's not really a danger to the cats or the food in the cathouse, but he sure is annoying. Trying to keep everything clean with him around is like fighting a losing battle.

Mr. Fly tends to appear more in feeders without any cats on it, probably showing that despite being an antagonist he knows the power of the Cats, specially such cats as Mr. Brawl or Mr. Beef which could actually match his power, showing the inteligence of Mr. Fly as he knows his limits and avoids confrontation with any cats if possible.

Abilities

Mr. Fly may seem like a normal fly, but he could secretly have an immense amount of power, in fact Mr. Fly might just be the most powerful thing that has ever existed on the planet Earth.

Some notable abilities Mr. Fly has shown are his incredible ability to clone himself (although it's most likely a different fly, suggesting that Mr. Fly has an army of himself, which has even worse implications). Another ability he has displayed is his capacity to fly like any other normal fly would.

Even when sighted, Mr. Fly is often a blurry image due to his possession of super speed, making it impossible to capture clear pictures of him.

Potential Threats

Flies landing on cat food can pose a potential risk to the health of the cat as flies can carry various bacteria, parasites, and pathogens on their bodies or in their digestive systems, which they can transfer to the food when they come into contact with it.

These hazards can potentially cause gastrointestinal issues or transmit diseases to the cat if ingested.

Additionally, flies are known to lay eggs on food, leading to the development of maggots, which can further contaminate the food and potentially cause harm if consumed by the cat.
