Mr. Zen
Mr. Zen is a cat who has been seen visiting the All You Can Eat Buffet. He is named for his sleepy and relaxed personality, hence the Japanese word “Zen” meaning calm and peaceful.
His first and only sighting was on December 15, 2024, when he was seen resting peacefully next to the feeder. He appears plump and well fed, and does not usually react to dispensed kibble or snacks, instead he decides to continue sleeping.

Behavior
Mr. Zen is known for his sleepy and relaxed behavior, and for often not reacting to dispensed kibble and snacks. He is often seen sleeping next to the feeder, or looking at things outside the feeder calmly as he relaxes inside. He often uses the feeder for shelter rather than food, as he is very plump and fed, it appears.
Appearance
He has a rough white coat, with a large black splotch on his upper head around his ears. He also has relatively tattered fur, and is plump. He is likely older in age due to his size and appearance.
Sightings
December 2024
- December 15, 2024: Mr. Zen was spotted for the first time at the feeder at around 2:25 pm (LFT). He was seen sleeping for a long period of time next to the feeder, not reacting to the food that was pouring in.
