This is most likely because he wants to stay posed for the camera. Mr. Mewing usually mews at night, while he eats during the afternoon. He visits his feeder once every 3 days on average. Mr. Mewing eats during 1pm - 6pm and mews 7pm - 12pm. There has been one case of him breaking this schedule.
