Mr. Moldova is a cat that appears in the [https://meow.camera/viewer/#4813546358227057876 Catman Cafe] , named after the [[Feeders|Feeder's]] naming trend, where every cat is named after European countries , and his appearance is reminiscent of a fat wealthy man. Mr. Moldova would go on to inspire the names of [[Mr. Ukraine]] and [[Mr. Russia]], as they share his Black and White coat. Within the Chinese Catman fandom, he is the most popular cat.

It is not confirmed whether Mr. Moldova has stomatitis or not . This uncertainty arises primarily from the fact that the only "symptom" he exhibits that resembles the disease is his constant mleming. The Chinese chat for the feeder mostly believes it to be stomatitis .

He has been noted to be either friendly or neutral towards other visitors of the feeder ; however , Moldova has been seen engaging in a fight with [[Mrs. Iceland]] , which ended in a stalemate. He also tends to mlem and stare blankly in random directions, rarely eating from the feeder despite how fat he is.

Mr. Moldova is somewhat plump, with a black and white coat ; his back is fully black , while part of his face and his entire underbelly are white. He has a large "moustache" that covers most of his face and his nose. Above the moustache, there is a slightly pink area that is likely the upper part of his nose. His tongue, when visible , is bright red.
