Mr. Normal is a cat from Happy Canteen. He was originally named for doing nothing but eating at the feeder but is known for staring at the camera, conflicting with his name. He looks similar to Mr. Fresh and Mr. Piss. Mr. Normal was thought to be another cat named "Mr. Steal" for a time.
