The Happy Canteen (快乐大食堂) (also known as "Mr. Fresh's Feeder") is a feeder on the Hello Street Cat app. The location of Mr. Fresh's feeder is near Mr. Fresh's Second Feeder as Mr. Fresh has been seen at both. The Happy Canteen is the most popular livestreamed feeder, as many people from all over the world watch it. Its notoriety started with multiple viral videos, the first dating back to October 8th, 2023, from TikToker @catzoo, showing Mr. Fresh side-eyeing the camera, waiting for fresh food[1]. Due to this popularity, trolls commonly spam donations to cover up the cameras, creating a Mount Kibble or Mount Snibble.
Recently, alongside other feeders, an anti animal abuse poster has been hung inside the Happy Canteen.
