Mr. Piss is a cat from Happy Canteen, named for his unfortunate habit of pissing in the feeder. He is the founder of The Piss Alliance. Despite this, he frequently enjoys long meals at the feeder. He is an aggressive cat who starts fights with those he sees. Ms. Angel is his partner.
