Whining Meow (呜呜的喵) is the home to Big Boss and Ms. Tangerine, featuring Ms. Rat. There's a crack within the floor of the feeder, theorised to have been created by the cats' powerful auras. The feeder is located near a game store. It has been moved at least once in its time. Though this has never stopped either Big Boss or Ms. Tangerine's rendezvous.
Cats
The three cats that visit this feeder include: Big Boss, Ms. Tangerine and Ms. Rat. Though there may be some new kittens on the way. Big Boss and Ms. Tangerine are a very smitten couple. The pair usually arrive together. Ms. Rat, however, is not as affectionate as the others. She will often eat and run.
