Lucky Restaurant (吉祥食府) (also known as "Mr. Fresh's Second Feeder") is a feeder on the Hello Street Cat app. The location of Mr. Fresh's Second Feeder is near Mr. Fresh's Feeder as Mr. Fresh and other cats has been seen at both. As of February 26 the feeder on the app has 68000+ followers and is the 5th most followed. This cat house is notably more calm and relaxing than the Happy Canteen, as most of the cats that come here don't engage in fights. Some even fall asleep on the blanket, like Ms. Eeper or Mr. Sunflower.

Lucky Restaurant has multiple stray cats, most having white coats. Sometimes the Happy Canteen has cats from this feeder, for example Mr. Pumpkin or Ms. Milk. Some cats may have stopped showing up as they have been adopted, gone missing, or are in another area.
