Baldie and Carrot's Kitty Academy (光头胡萝卜猫咪学院) and Baldie and Carrot's Cat Kindergarten (光头胡萝卜猫咪幼儿园) (also known as "The Duck Feeder") are 2 feeders on the Hello Street Cat app. They are most well known for Mr. Sweetpea or The Ducks that can be seen visiting at times. The feeders are on a farm, which explains the wide range of animals visiting. "Baldie" and "Carrot" are nicknames for the Caretakers.

On August 3, 2024, a second feeder was set up. This feeder was moved from an abandoned neighborhood and now sits in the same garden as the first feeder.
