The Happy Canteen (also known as "Mr. Fresh's Feeder") is a feeder on the Hello Street Cat app. The location of Mr. Fresh's Feeder is near Mr. Fresh's Second Feeder as Mr. Fresh has been seen at both. The Happy Canteen is the most popular livestreamed feeder, as many people from all over the world will watch. It's notoriety started from multiple viral videos, the first dating on October 8th, 2023 from the TikToker @catzoo showing Mr. Fresh side-eyeing the camera, waiting for fresh food^[1]. Due to this popularity, trolls commonly spam donations to cover up the cameras, creating a Mount Kibble or Mount Snibble.
