Bald Congress

The Bald Congress is a group led by Mr. Bald in Happy Canteen. The Congress’s goal is for bald peace and to gain rights for those who are balding. As well as equal chicken for all cats of the Happy Canteen. Their current #1 hater is Ms. Fluff as she thinks balding is contagious. Ms. Kirby was once going to be considered a part of Bald Congress but due to her terrorist aspirations she was declined admission. One of their notable activities is sharing each of their own hair care routines.
