Auspicious Restaurant (吉祥食府) (also known as "Mr. Fresh's Second Feeder") is a feeder on the Hello Street Cat app. The location of Mr. Fresh's Second Feeder is near Mr. Fresh's Feeder as Mr. Fresh and other cats have been seen at both. As of February 26th 2024, the feeder on the app has 68000+ followers and is the 5th most followed. This cat house is notably calmer and more relaxing than the Happy Canteen, as most of the cats that come here don't engage in fights. Some even fall asleep on the blanket, like Mrs. Eeper or Mr. Sunflower.

People in Fenris Re-stream started making a theory that this restaurant feeds the cats for the purpose for cooking them later, after this rumour spread the cats lost a lot of weight, this started with more people believing that this restaurant is trying to make the cats fat so they cook them later.
