5A Scenic Cat Feeder (5A级猫咪风景区) is a feeder on the Hello Street Cat. The feeder itself seems to be located in a park. It is decorated with a police poster and what seems to be a pipe. Due to the lack of popularity in the English community, not much is known of the cats that visit yet.
