Mr. Blotch is a cat from Baldie Carrot, the Cats' Protector. He was named for the blotch patterns on his fur. Mr. Blotch is a very silly and polite boy. He loves to loaf, and is often seen smiling at the camera. He has a close bond with the Caretaker.
