Happy Canteen
The Happy Canteen (快乐大食堂) (also known as "Mr. Fresh's Feeder") is a feeder on the Hello Street Cat app. The location of Mr. Fresh's Feeder is near Mr. Fresh's Second Feeder as Mr. Fresh has been seen at both. The Happy Canteen is the most popular livestreamed feeder, as many people from all over the world watch it. It's notoriety started from multiple viral videos, the first dating on October 8th, 2023 from the TikToker @catzoo showing Mr. Fresh side-eyeing the camera, waiting for fresh food[1]. Due to this popularity, trolls commonly spam donations to cover up the cameras, creating a Mount Kibble or Mount Snibble.

The Happy Canteen has multiple stray cats, most having orange coats. Some cats may have stopped showing up as they have been adopted, gone missing, or are in another area. "Mr. Fresh's Second Feeder" sometimes has cats from this feeder.
