Huanzi Animal Rescue Base (欢子动物救援基地) is a set of two feeders from the Hello Street Cat app. They are both located in a open area outside with lots of space, toys, nooks and crannies, and of course cats. The feeders itself are decorated with various stickers, some of which are of iconic cats. These feeders belong to a rescue group, caring for strays that have been brought in. There are 30+ documented cars thus far.

As of August 23rd 2024, both Huanzi feeders were equipped with custom back cameras, a set up similar to the Big Man's Kitty Cove feeder.
