Mr. Horseshoe is an elusive visitor at the Duck Feeder. He is named for the horseshoe patterns on both his back and his forehead in addition to the fact he posed like a horse during his first appearance. Since his second recorded sighting he became known for resting inside of the feeder bowl.
Appearance
Mr. Horseshoe has very distinct patterns that make it easy to tell him apart from other cats at the feeder. He is a blotched brown tabby, though most of his coat is pure white. The only tabby parts are arranged in curved shapes that look like horseshoes.
Sightings
- March 11th, 2024: At around 4:30 AM CST Mr. Horseshoe was spotted for the first time, devouring the kibble with great gluttony. He posed like a rearing horse during his feast, giving him the name Mr. Horseshoe.
- March 21st, 2024: At around 4 AM (Local Feeder Time), Mr Horseshoe was seen relaxing inside of the bowl. He was blessed with the gift of kibble being dispensed onto his back, which eventually led to him getting fed up and exiting the feeder. When leaving, the kibble on his back scattered everywhere and made a mess.
- March 22nd, 2024: At 1:36 AM (Local Feeder Time), Mr Horseshoe was seen relaxing in the bowl again, blocking other cats from accessing the food. After laying down for a bit, he ate some kibble in the bowl. At some point he assumed the position of a loaf, before turning around and eating some more kibble (which he also got sprinkled with). After getting a nice rest and a meal he finally left at 1:59 AM.
- April 26th, 2024: Around 11:40 PM (Local Feeder Time), Mr Horseshoe was spotted partaking in the kibble from the bowl. At some point, another gift of kibble was delivered, in which he also partook. He continued making horse-like noises while eating, occasionally pausing to look over his shoulder.
(Note: Some cat sightings are not recorded either due to the cat being a common visitor or not having wiki editors online during the time of their appearance).
