Mr. Shrimp is a cat who visits the Black Toe Beans Cat House. His name comes from the shrimp-like posture he takes when he sleeps at the feeder.
On December 17, 2024, Mr. Shrimp was taken to the vet to be treated for his heavily wounded tail. They completely removed his tail and neutured him, and are now looking for an adopter.
Behavior
Mr. Shrimp is a very sleepy cat, often seen curled up at the feeder. He is very close with Young Timer who he likes to cuddle with. When faced with The Mole, Mr. Shrimp was curious and simply watched as it moved around. He does not mind the presence of other cats.
Mr. Shrimp does not like the presence of humans; while at the vet, he got very scared and climbed up a curtain pole to try and escape. He clung on to the top until they managed to get him down. Later on, he hid at the back of his cage inside the litter box, as far away from the human as he could get.
Appearance
Mr. Shrimp is a fully orange cat with dark stripes. He is the only fully orange cat to be documented at the feeder. He has a stub tail, seemingly caused by an old accident due to its appearance.
