Mr. Splodge is a cat that lives at Stray Cat Love Station. He was named for the fact that he is entirely white except for one splodge of black on his forehead. At first, it was thought that Mr. Splodge and Matt were the same cat, until Matt actually entered the feeder a couple of weeks later, confirming that he was splodgeless. Mr. Splodge was first sighted on August 15, 2024.

Behavior

Mr. Splodge, despite his funny appearance, is a pretty average cat. He enjoys playing with Mr. Dive, Mr. Honey and Ms. Side Bangs. When the rainbow tunnel was still at the shelter, he enjoyed playing it in with them. Now that the rainbow tunnel is gone, he mostly joins the cats as they chase each other around the shelter. In the feeder, he is a pretty chill cat. He's not picky about food and will readily eat kibble as well as snacks. He rarely lays down and hangs out, though. He sometimes get chased out of the feeder by more dominant personalities like Ms. Side Bangs.

Appearance

Mr. Splodge is an almost entirely white cat. The only patch of color on him is the large blotch ("splodge") of black on his forehead, which vaguely looks like he got hit with a paintball gun. In terms of weight, he's on the skinnier side of average. He has short fur and face is not very filled out.

Sightings

August 2024

August 15, 2024: Around 4:05 AM (LFT), Mr. Splodge was seen eating kibble from the feeder.
August 21, 2024: Around 3:55 PM (LFT), Mr. Splodge was seen eating kibble from the feeder.
August 27, 2024: At 1:17 AM (LFT), Mr. Splodge was seen eating kibble while Ms. Side Bangs laid along the back of the feeder. He soon left the feeder to play with Mr. Dive, and Ms. Side Bangs joined them soon after. At 1:37, he approached the feeder, looking inside for a minute before going back to playing.
August 29, 2024: At 8:18 AM (LFT), Mr. Splodge entered the feeder. He looked around for a minute before eating some kibble. He left at 8:20.
August 30, 2024: At 3:38 AM (LFT), Mr. Splodge entered the feeder and began eating. A minute later, snacks and kibble were dropped for him, and Ms. Side Bangs scared him out of the feeder right after.
August 31, 2024:
- At 2:33 AM (LFT), Mr. Splodge was seen eating from the feeder. He left at 2:36.
- At 8:30 AM (LFT), Mr. Splodge was seen laying inside the feeder, looking around poignantly.

September 2024

September 4, 2024: At 6:52 AM (LFT), Mr. Splodge entered the feeder and ate some kibble.
September 17, 2024: At 5:51 AM (LFT), Mr. Splodge entered the feeder right after Ms. Side Bangs left. Ms. Side Bangs had left one singular chicken snack in the bowl, which he ate. He hung out for another minute before leaving.
