Cheap Carpet is a cat that appears at Jade Lamb's Cozy Nest fairly often. They were named after the fact their fur looks like cheap hotel carpet. They are visibly similar to Heat Miser and they are called "Guaiguaiguai" occasionally.
Behavior
Cheap Carpet will usually show up to the feeder only to sleep. They show no interest in kibble, likely due to the fact they live in a sanctuary and are presumably fed regularly. They seem to prefer to not share the feeder space, as they are spotted alone in the feeder in a majority of their sightings; this is notable as the cats in the feeder love to snuggle and form cat piles.
Appearance
Cheap Carpet has a dark brown tabby fur pattern, with a white chin, paws, and underbelly. They have a slim stature and are noticeably lithe.
Sightings
February 2025
- February 19th, 2025: 2:05 AM (LFT) Cheap Carpet was spotted loafing in the back of the feeder, staring at the front camera.
- February 28th, 2025: 10:28 AM (LFT) Cheap Carpet was seen in a small cat pile alongside Ms. Downey and Mx. Chinrest. Cheap Carpet laid at the very back of the feeder, loafing.
March 2025
- March 9th, 2025: 8:02 AM (LFT) Cheap Carpet laid in the feeder where the food bowl used to be. The mat on the feeder floor was folded under their body.
- March 11th, 2025: 4:47 AM (LFT) Cheap Carpet slept in the feeder for a while before getting up and eating some freeze-dried treats with incredible difficulty. Once they finished eating Cheap Carpet went back to sleeping in the back of the feeder.
