Ms. Tanuki is a semi-frequent visitor of the Please Take a Seat feeder. She has a habit of poking her head into the feeder twice before coming in. She was named after the color of her fur.

Behavior

Ms. Tanuki is a careful cat, often inspecting the interior of the feeder before coming in. When eating alone, she ofter keeps her hind paws outside of the feeder. She is sometimes seen eating with her mate Little Ginger, in which case she will step in and guard the feeder while he eats.

Appearance

Ms. Tanuki is a medium-sized brown tabby wide wide yellow eyes, smooth-tipped ears, long fur she is often seen grooming, pink inner ears, distinctive white fur around both eyes, and a white patch going from her chin to her neck without touching her nose, making her recognizeable from the other fluffy brown tabbies in the feeder.

February 2025

Ms. Tanuki likes to keep her long fur clean.

February 18, 2025: Ms. Tanuki was first seen at an unknown time snacking with Little Ginger and Tipsy. None of them were aware that the snoop was watching.
February 19, 2025: At 01:36 AM (LFT), Ms. Tanuki was seen eating on her own, looking quite nervous until Little Ginger arrived at 01:45 AM (LFT). She then watched him eat, guarding the feeder like a bodyguard. She was rewarded for her duty with a kiss from Little Ginger, which made her look flabbergasted.
February 21, 2025: At 11:48 PM (LFT), Ms. Tanuki ate from the edge of the feeder as to not bother Mx. Willow, who was having a snack directly from the middle. They seemed to enjoy eachother's company for about ten minutes.
February 24, 2025: Ms. Tanuki was spotted for hardly a few seconds at 05:42 PM (LFT), backing out as soon as she realized she was being watched.
February 26, 2025: At 11:05 PM (LFT), Ms. Tanuki was eating worriedly from the edge of the feeder.
February 28, 2025: At 06:21 PM (LFT), Ms. Tanuki seemed to be getting more comfortable in the feeder, eating more quickly than usual with both forepaws planted firmly inside the feeder. She left contendedly after finishing off every last snack in the feeder.

March 2025

March 03, 2025: Ms. Tanuki was seen having a short meal at 08:25 PM (LFT), cautiously staying partly outside of the feeder as she finished what little snacks were left in the feeder.

March 08, 2025: At 09:06 PM (LFT), Ms. Tanuki crawled inside the feeder, making cute faces for the audience before a fly entered the feeder. She chased the fly for a while then left without actually eating anything.
March 12, 2025: At 05:36 PM (LFT) Ms. Tanuki was seen eating kibble from the floor as the cat house had been vandalized, the feeder being broken off and taken away. She was not bothered by the unusual circumstances and left after cleaning up part of the mess that had been created.
March 13, 2025: At 02:27 AM (LFT), Ms. Tanuki walked in to give her fur a quick groom before eating from the glass bowl which temporarily replaced the feeder.
March 14, 2025: Ms. Tanuki watched kibble being dispensed on the floor at 11:59 PM (LFT) as the glass bowl had been stolen, then came back at 01:16 AM (LFT) to admire the fancy new red bowl, which was filled with kibble. She happily ate from the bowl for a few minutes before teleporting out.
March 15, 2025: At 10:48 PM, Ms. Tanuki was seen relaxing with Mx. Willow and Mr. Rocket, having a short snack before leaving. She quickly came back at 11:03 PM to doze off for a while, leaving without eating any of the plentiful kibble in the feeder.
