Mr. Otter was a cat seen at YouZi's Animal Canteen, which has now been decommissioned. He was named for his fully black tail closely resembling an Otter's tail.

Appearance

Mr. Otter has a fully white body apart from a large blotch of black wrapping around his upper behind and a black, oval-shaped spot on his back. He has a black moustache on his face, while on the upper part of it, a black patch wraps around his head similar to a reverse widow peak.

Behavior

Mr. Otter is known to "blep" at the feeder for long amounts of time. It is unknown whether he likes to do this, or if he forgets about his tongue. He also has some of the longest tongue flicks of all the cats at the feeder.

Sightings

March 2024

• March 12, 2024: At 06:25 AM (LFT), Mr. Otter was first recorded eating kibbles.

• March 13, 2024: At 09:09 AM (LFT), Mr. Otter snacked on kibbles.
• March 16, 2024: At 02:39 PM (LFT), Mr. Otter was searching for kibble during the short-lived kibble famine. However, once viewers donated food, Mr. Otter lets Ms. Wisp eat everything. Luckily, Mr. Otter was awarded with fancy food later on by a human.

• March 17, 2024: At 12:52 PM (LFT), Mr. Otter was seen eating kibbles.
• March 19 2024: At 2:58 PM (LFT), Mr. Otter was seen looking around the area, then eating some kibble for approximately 5 mins.

April 2024

• April 08 2024: At 01:30 PM (LFT), Mr. Otter was sighted indulging in some kibble at Mr. Smoky's feeder.
• April 28, 2024: At 09:04 AM (LFT), Mr. Otter was spotted loafing with his tongue out, looking around, but not eating kibble.

May 2024

• May 04, 2024: At 02:43 AM (LFT), Mr. Otter was seen spotted to eat kibbles until 02:50 PM (LFT).
• May 06, 2024: At 09:55 AM (LFT), Mr. Otter ate kibble one at a time until 10:03 AM (LFT)
• May 09, 2024: At around 07:00 AM (LFT), Mr. Otter ate kibble one at a time until around 07:06.AM (LFT). He was acting uncharacteristically cautious before his exit.
• May 11th, 2024: At 03:30 AM (LFT), Mr Otter ate the last remaining bits of kibble in the feeder before leaving.
• May 27th, 2024: At 04:03 PM (LFT), Mr Otter was seen eating the remains of kibble before leaving at around 04:25 PM (LFT).
• May 29th, 2024: At 00:15 PM (LFT), Mr Otter was seen eating some of the leftover kibble from the feeder. He stopped eating and left at 00:18 (LFT).

June 2024

• June 02, 2024: At around 12:55 PM (LFT), Mr. Otter was spotted munching on some kibble, making the longest tongue flicks ever. Later that day, the feeder was stolen.
