Mr. Silk is a British Short Hair kitty with piercing blue eyes.
This fancy feline got his name from the silky, solid white coat of fur he has all over him. He was the only entirely white cat in the collection until Ms. Milk was spotted on the same feeder, patiently waiting for Mr. Silk to finish eating.
Mr. Silk is a very friendly cat, who has been spotted on occasion sharing the feeder with other cats and eating from the opposite side to them.
Sightings
Mr. Silk can be spotted at any time of the day, usually perched up eating from the side of the feeder.
- March 8th: Mr. Silk was seen eating kibble at around 8:24 AM (feeder time)
- March 9th: Mr Silk was seen eating kibble while looking around as if another cat was nearby for around 5 minutes at the time of 8:05AM (Feeder Local Time), before scurrying off.
- March 14th: Mr Silk was seen eating kibble alone at 4:37 AM local feeder time.
- March 18th: Mr Silk was seen eating kibble alone at 5:10 AM local feeder time.
- April 17th: Mr. Silk showed up to the feeder at around 7:05 AM local feeder time. He ate kibble in his usual spot before quickly leaving at 7:07 AM local feeder time.
- May 6th: Mr. Silk was seen eating kibble with another cat at 1:29 PM local feeder time.
(Not every cat sighting is documented.)
(LFT = "Local Feeder Time")
White Cat Quadro
In the beginning, it was unknown that there was more than one white cat, since they looked so similar. The first identified white cat was Mr. Silk, who has a TNR mark in his left ear. The second cat to be identified was Ms. Milk, she first was spotted hanging out with Mr. Silk at the feeder - this is when it was confirmed, that there was another white cat. She looks very similar to Mr. Silk, but she doesn't have a TNR mark in either of her ears. A third white cat was later noticed enjoying some food at Mr. Fresh's Second Feeder, with a TNR mark in her right ear. This one was later named as Ms. Polar. The last white cat to be identified was Ms. Ghost, who was officially identified on February 24th, 2024, leading to the group being renamed from the White Cat Trio to the White Cat Quadro.
It is currently unknown if there is more than four white cats, but there could potentially be more unidentified white cats.
