The Exploration Era
The Exploration Era is the current era in the Hello Street Cat community. In this era, new feeders are searched and documented. This era officially started on March 10th, 2024, and is still ongoing. This era came after the Brother Fresh's Last Day era and before the next era.
Start
This era started slowly, shortly after Mr. Fresh’s official adoption. People were wondering about the future of Hello Street Cat and were waiting for something to be interested in after Mr. Fresh departed. This is when they started searching around the Duck Feeder. They looked into it and found a lot of interesting information about it, slowly making pages and getting interested about the cats being found there. This started happening with more and more previously unknown feeders. This still continues, and is likely to for the foreseeable future, considering the sheer number of feeders.

The Search for Brother Calm
After the initial interest of the Duck feeder started, people felt overwhelmed with all the new cats being found. The community calmed down for a while, until some in the Discord started thinking about how Brother Calm's feeder is unknown. The community decided to start a search. They passed through many unknown feeders, finding interesting feeders and new cats. After a while, they found a feeder that seemed like the best match. They kept an eye on the supposed feeder of Brother Calm, but he wasn't found anywhere. The search still continues.
- Luckily a lot of other feeders for (formerly) similar lost feedia have been found (I.e Mr. Shock’s feeder, Mr. Despair’s feeder, …)
The Google Translated Feeder names
With people searching for Brother Calm, they started to realize that when they translated the feeder names to English, the translator gave some questionable and funny results. People kept searching and finding new feeders with funny names to enjoy and to explore more feeders. With this, a large amount of new cats were found. The search for funny feeder names still continues.
The Yahiamice video
On the 2nd of May, 2024, the Moroccan youtuber “Yahiamice” would make a video which is a shortened version of his stream VOD published on the 24th of March were he would just mess around with the wiki and cameras. This video is probably the most popular HelloStreetCats video (not counting Mr. Shock memes) and is also one of the most viewed videos of his own channel. This would give a lot of popularity to the website and wiki, apart of having Boo renamed multiple times.
The TGB exodus
On the 9th of May The Gluttonous Beast would appear for the last time in the feeder, which left his admirers heartbroken and confused. It is theorized the culprit behind his exile was Mrs. Kirby due to her constant bullying. :(
Mr. Snack’s adoption
Due to Mr. Snack having a injury in his ear, he was taken to be treated and later adopted. This would be an important event in this era, but unlike Mr. Fresh, this did not mark the end as it didn’t change the English or Chinese community significantly.
The 2024 Summer kitten explosion
This special event happened in June & July where a rise in kittens was discovered. Sometimes these kittens were be abandoned (some were adopted by other cats, although very rarely). Some examples of this would be Pinto and Bean. Fortunately, a lot were raised by their mothers, such as Mrs. Island (off-camera), Mr. Sun, and Bob.
The 2024 famine
The 2024 famine struck the Happy Canteen feeder on the 6th of June causing there to be not a single snack crumb for 15 hours. During this time the unfortunate soul of Ms. Puke waited an entire hour but to her dismay, there was no kibble to puke. [1]
The catching of Mr. Turkey
Due to him being suspected of stomatitis, a Trap was set in the Happy Canteen in order to be able to catch and cure him. He entered the trap on the 18th of July and was taken by HSC’s personnel at 3:15 AM (LFT). He was later adopted.
End
There doesn't seem to be any near end to this era any time soon, with a large variety of feeders to explore. People are excited to see the future of this era and what comes out of it.
