Mr. Trumpet is an orange feline who has been spotted at both GOODCAT feeders. He was first sighted on July 3rd, 2024 and can be differentiated from other orange GOODCATs by his smaller stature, it is suspected he is still young. Mr. Trumpet was named after his size and color that resemble a trumpet.
Behavior
Mr. Trumpet is a very friendly cat, and doesn't seem to be bothered by others that visit while he's getting some food. He is often seen eating with his bandmate Mr. Jazzy. Like Mr. Jazzy, Mr. Trumpet has also been spotted jumping on top of the feeder to have the high ground as he watches over the area. It appears he has a preference for Snacks over Kibble.
Appearance
Mr. Trumpet is most distinguished by his small size. He looks very similar to Mr. Apricot in terms of markings. He has an orange body with tabby stripes and a white tightline around the inner corner of his eyes. His front left paw is fully white, while his front right paw has a small patch of orange. His chest and belly are white.
Sightings
July 2024
- July 03, 2024: At around 12:18 AM (LFT) Mr. Trumpet visited the GOODCAT feeder for the first time with Mr. Jazzy. Mr. trumpet didn't get much food, as Mr. Jazzy hogged the feeder.
- July 04, 2024: Around 05:15 AM (LFT) Mr. Trumpet was seen at GOODCAT 2, again with Mr. Jazzy. This time, he was able to eat up all the fresh snacks before Mr. Jazzy was able to eat them.
- July 07, 2024: Mr. Trumpet visited GOODCAT 2 at 05:07 AM (LFT) for the very first time by himself! He almost left the empty feeder, but was coaxed back with a gracious donation of fresh snacks and kibble.
- July 08, 2024: At 05:07 AM (LFT) Mr. Trumpet was spotted at GOODCAT2 obtaining sustenance for the day ahead by himself.
- July 09, 2024: At 08:34 AM (LFT) Mr. Jazzy and Mr. Trumpet visited GOODCAT 2 together again, he ate snacks while Jazzy ate kibble. They two rested a bit before going on their way.
- July 17, 2024: At around 12:43 AM (LFT), Mr. Jazzy and Mr. Trumpet came to the feeder together. They were both very excited about the chicken snacks, trying to gobble them all up.
- July 18, 2024: At 05:24 AM (LFT), Mr. Trumpet entered the feeder and started eating, joining Mr. Jazzy, who had been there for a few minutes before. Mr. Trumpet ate nonstop, even when Mr, Jazzy frequently stopped to look outside the feeder. After Mr. Jazzy left at 05:27 AM, Mr. Trumpet continued to eat, until he heard something outside and went to investigate at 05:29 AM.
- July 30, 2024: At around 02:05 PM (LFT), Mr. Trumpet came to the feeder by himself. He gobbled up some chicken, until Mr. Unibrow approached him wearily. Mr. Trumpet was not pleased by this, growling whilst he ate. Mr. Unibrow would get the message and leave, whilst Mr. Trumpet finished off the chicken. Clearly he was still hungry, as he began pawing at the dispenser, causing more chicken to fall.
