Rob is an orange cat that appears at A Litter of Cats Who Love Each Other. She is one of many orange cats that visit the feeder. Her name was chosen because it rhymes with Bob, who she appears similar to. She can be told apart from other orange cats at the feeder by the lower amount of white spotting on her face. She was first sighted by the global community on June 25, 2024.

Behavior

Rob is an eccentric cat. Behavior-wise, she is most known for making a wide variety of funny faces at the camera while she waits for food to drop. She especially likes to hold her face close to the camera and stare into the camera for several seconds at a time. She is willing to wait a very long time for food; she can sometimes be seen sitting at the feeder for several hours.

Generally, she does not get along with other cats. She has been seen hissing at Bob's kittens, the Boblets, multiple times after they try to approach the feeder while he's eating. She was also once seen in an all-out brawl with George. Typically, she is seen hanging out at the feeder alone.

Rob has also been seen sitting outside of the feeder with her tongue out and drooling, it does not look like stomatitis, it just looks like stupid.

Appearance

Rob is an Orange Tabby. Compared to the other orange cats at the feeder, she has less white spotting on her face; her whole head is mostly orange, with just a small patch of white around her mouth. Her back appears completely orange when viewed from the top, and the orange extends down her sides and covers about 3/4 of her legs. her paws and the bottom 1/4 of her legs are white. The bottom of her chin, as well as her chest and stomach, are also white.

June 25, 2024: At 8:41 PM (LFT), Rob was seen loafing in front of the bowl, making alien-like expressions.

July 2024

July 13, 2024: At 7:44 PM (LFT), Rob was seen waiting at the empty bowl. George was seen off in the distance, staring at Rob from the shadows. Rob suddenly sprinted out of the feeder, but George caught up to her and they began to brawl. They eventually rolled off camera. A while later, Rob reappeared at the feeder, luckily unhurt from this encounter; she left again at 9:56.
July 14, 2024: At 7:54 PM (LFT), Rob was seen sitting in front of the empty bowl. Some kibble was dropped for her, which she ate.
July 21, 2024: At 6:33 AM (LFT), Rob was seen sitting in front of the empty bowl. She made many faces at the camera to try and elicit food from the viewers, to no avail. She left at 6:45.
July 31, 2024: At 3:07 AM (LFT), Rob was seen sitting in front of the empty bowl, waiting for food. She made some of her signature faces while she waited. At 3:11, kibble was dropped, which caused her to stare at the camera with some of the biggest bug eyes the world has ever seen.

August 2024

August 2, 2024: At 7:48 AM (LFT), Rob was seen picking at the food in the bowl. Every so often, she stopped to stare intensely at the camera. She left at 7:53.
August 9, 2024: Around 8:00 PM (LFT), Rob was seen sitting in front of the empty bowl, her paw draped over the bow's edge, smirking at the camera.
August 10, 2024: Around 4:20 AM (LFT), Rob was seen sitting in front of the empty bowl. She stared at the camera intensely while leaning far inside the bowl.
August 13, 2024: Around 8:10 PM (LFT), Rob was sitting in front of the bowl. She made a variety of her iconic poses as she stared intensely into the camera, trying to elicit snacks from viewers.
August 15, 2024: Around 2:50 AM (LFT), Rob was seen sitting in front of the bowl, again making a variety of iconic faces.
August 16, 2024: Around 8:00 PM (LFT), Rob returned to the feeder to give viewers a daily dose of iconic faces. She left around 8:50.
August 20, 2024: Around 2:30 PM (LFT), Rob was seen sitting inside the feeder. She made a number of elegant faces before passing out with her head in the bowl. She soon woke up, sitting with her tongue out for a minute, before continuing to relax in front of the bowl. She left around 3:30.
August 21, 2024: Around 2:45 AM (LFT), Rob was seen laying in front of the bowl. After hanging out for a few minutes, some snacks were dropped for her, which she ate all of. She then made more faces at the camera before leaving around 3:05.
August 22, 2024: Around 1:15 PM (LFT), Rob was seen eating from the bowl. After eating, she shoved her face into the camera for a minute, then shoved her ear into the camera.
August 23, 2024: Around 4:20 PM (LFT), Rob was seen sitting inside the feeder, holding her face close to the bowl.
August 27, 2024: Around 2:10 AM (LFT), Rob was seen sitting inside the feeder, sticking her face in the camera. She then laid down and relaxed for a little bit.

September 2024

September 6, 2024: Around 7:30 AM (LFT), Rob was seen sitting in the feeder with her tongue sticking out. Around 7:35, she started eating the kibble that was in the bowl. Serif showed up around this time; Rob hissed at him, and Serif laid down outside the feeder, watching Rob eat. When she finished eating, she fell asleep with her head inside the bowl.
September 9, 2024:
- Around 7:00 AM (LFT), Rob was seen laying in front of the bowl with her tongue sticking out. She posed some for the camera, including an iconic pose where she sticks her head far into the bowl, right above the bowl's bottom, and stares with her eyes wide open.
- Around 6:40 PM (LFT), Rob was seen sitting inside the feeder, posing for the camera. She eventually fell asleep with her head in the bowl.
September 10, 2024: Around 9:10 AM (LFT), Rob was seen sleeping with her face in the bowl and her tongue sticking out. Soon after, snacks were dropped; she woke up and started eating.

September 13, 2024: Around 5:40 PM (LFT), Rob was seen laying in the feeder, shoving her face in the camera.
September 15, 2024: Around 12:35 PM (LFT), Rob was seen laying in front of the bowl with her tongue sticking out. She soon passed out with her face in the bowl and her tongue still sticking out.
September 16, 2024: Around 1:40 PM (LFT), Rob was seen eating from the feeder while George laid right outside. She stared at the camera for a minute, then left, playfully shoving her butt in George's face on the way out.

October 2024

October 16, 2024: Around 7:50 PM (LFT), Rob was seen sleeping inside the feeder.

October 31, 2024: At midnight, Rob was spotted sitting at the feeder, waiting for something.

February 2025

February 5, 2025: At around 1:30 AM (LFT), Rob stared into the camera intensely as a way to beg for food. Her silliness is endless.

February 11, 2025: Around 6:15 AM (LFT), Rob was seen laying in front of the bowl with her usual expression. Soon after, Theo showed up and stared at Rob from outside the feeder. This freaked out Rob enough for her to run out of the feeder.

April 2025

April 8, 2025: At 7:33 AM (LFT), Rob slowly entered the feeder before eating for a while. Rob then stopped eating to stare into the front feeder camera menacingly. After the viewers learned their lesson, Rob left.

April 13, 2025:
- Rob appeared at 7:49 AM (LFT). She had kibble dropped for her, and ate at a regular pace for about 6 minutes before more kibble was dropped for her. She continued eating for another 2-3 minutes before she stopped eating, stared a little to the left of the front feeder camera and sat very still while licking her nose. She kept staring until 8:03 AM, when she left after being startled by an unidentified cat meowing.
- Rob appeared again at around 12:56 PM (LFT), eating for a staggering 11 minutes while barely looking up from her glorious feast, showcasing her incredible munching abilities. After eating most of the kibble in the feeder, Rob decided that she had had enough and left the feeder.

She kept staring until 8:03 AM, when she left after being startled by an unidentified cat meowing.
