Mr. Porcupine is a cat who appears at the Lucky 7-Eleven (Mr. Snack) feeder. His name came from his appearance, notably the fur at his lower back which resembles quills.
His first appearance was at 02:51 AM (LFT), on February 16th, 2024.
Behavior
Mr. Porcupine seems rather aloof, usually not spending much time at the feeder before leaving. He has been recorded staying longer than 10 minutes only once. He typically comes for one meal a day, either breakfast or dinner, and similar times. Occasionally, he will make an appearance for both. He can often be seen flinching at something off camera, or looking around at his surroundings. He is easily startled, bolting when he hears a loud noise such as a car, and will usually eat either until he runs out of snacks, or he is full. He seems very aware of his surroundings, not spending too long with his face in the feeder before looking around - possibly due to his halved field of vision, and anxiety due to a past injury. He seems rather happy despite his blind eye, and has quite an appetite for how small he is.
Appearance
Mr. Porcupine is a domestic mediumhair with a scruffy front half and a very fluffy rear. He appears to be blind in his right eye. He is of average weight.
His eyes are a yellow colour. His ears are also usually slightly tilted back. He is a very dark shade of brown. he has distinctly quill-like rear, with a bright fluffy ring of grey hair standing up at the end. His fur appears to be thinner around his spine to the back of his head, his skin is therefore more visible.
Sightings
February 2024
- February 15, 2024: Mr. Porcupine was spotted on Mr. Snack's feeder; he immediately ate the remaining snacks before two minutes later more were dropped for him. He continued eating snacks whilst occasionally stepping out of the feeder to watch his surroundings. He must have been quite hungry as he munched his way through five donations of snacks over the course of ten minutes.
March 2024
- March 07, 2024: At 12:20 AM (LFT), Mr. Porcupine was spotted eating snacks and waiting for more to drop for him. He also made an appearance at around 09:06 PM (LFT), eating for a short while before leaving.
- March 08, 2024: At 10:13 PM (LFT), Mr. Porcupine was sighted eating for a short 5 minutes and occasionally flinching at something out of the camera's view.
- March 12, 2024: At around 02:57 AM (LFT), Mr. Porcupine was seen eating for 5 minutes more before leaving. He paused briefly to scratch his neck at some point.
- March 13, 2024: At 01:03 AM (LFT), Mr. Porcupine was sighted, where he ate snacks for a brief 4 minutes. He returned at 08:46 PM (LFT), watching his surroundings carefully and flinching when his first donation of food came in. The longer he stayed, the more comfortable he got, and eventually he was eating mostly unbothered. He happily ate many incoming donations of snacks, staying for a total of 6 minutes before leaving.
- March 14, 2024: At 08:48 PM (LFT), Mr. Porcupine was spotted, where he ate snacks for a few minutes before being scared off by a nearby car pulling in at 08:51 PM (LFT).
- March 15, 2024: At 04:14 AM (LFT), Mr. Porcupine made an appearance, munching on snacks until he ran out, which took 6 minutes. He came back at 09:43 PM (LFT), taking much more time eating his snacks. He spent an impressively long total of 9 minutes at the feeder, drinking some water before leaving.
- March 16, 2024: At 03:07 AM (LFT), Mr. Porcupine was sighted, where he somewhat cautiously munched on some chicken snacks for 8 whole minutes before departing.
- March 21, 2024: At 09:21 PM (LFT), Mr. Porcupine was seen, where he munched on some snacks while occasionally looking out of the feeder. He left after 4 minutes of this.
- March 29, 2024: At around 09:25 PM (LFT), Mr. Porcupine was spotted at the feeder, enjoying snacks as usual.
April 2024
- April 10, 2024: At 10:38 PM (LFT), Mr. Porcupine was seen eating exclusively snacks. He flinched multiple times, but bravely ate for 14 minutes.
- April 12, 2024: At 09:14 (LFT), Mr. Porcupine was seen eating snacks before leaving shortly after. He came back at 09:50 PM (LFT) eating snacks again after standing and looking at the void.
- April 19, 2024: At around 09:15 PM (LFT), Mr. Porcupine arrived at the feeder. He ate all the snacks in the feeder and left at 09:27 PM (LFT).
- April 24, 2024: At 02:35 AM (LFT), Mr. Porcupine was seen at the feeder. There was not much kibble in the feeder until a kind donator dispensed snacks. After the snacks were all eaten Mr. Porcupine went back to munching the remaining kibble. He left at 02:43 AM (LFT).
May 2024
- May 03, 2024: At around 11:00 AM (LFT), Mr. Porcupine was seen at the feeder.
- May 05, 2024: At around 12:50 AM (LFT), Mr. Porcupine was seen at the feeder.
- May 08, 2024: Mr. Porcupine was seen chasing Mr. Rev away from the feeder. Mr. Porcupine is looking a lot better and less scraggly.
- May 09 2024: At around 10:30 PM (LFT), Mr. Porcupine was hit with food multiple times by the feeder.
- May 18, 2024: At around 1:20 AM (LFT), Mr. Porcupine arrived at the feeder and ate until 1:30 AM (LFT). He then started scratching himself and the lights began flashing on and off. Then he left at 1:31 AM (LFT).
