Mr. Slither is a cat found at the Tuxedo and Tabby Squad feeder. He was named after he tried squeezing underneath the plastic tarp that covers the feeder. Due to his sneakiness, Mr. Slither often scares the other cats.
He is also referred to as 黄公公, aka Eunuch Huang. This could be a reference to Huang Hao, a notable eunuch and politician. As Mr. Slither is known for being a bit of a bully and booting out other cats. However he is also not very bright, wandering into the TNR trap immediately after seeing another cat get caught.
Behavior
Mr. Slither will often try to sneak past the other cats to try and get some food. He will often fail at sneaking but succeed in scaring the others. In the past he was originally thought to be a misunderstood soul. However, it seems as though he had been scheming.
As of late, he has become more comfortable sitting at the feeder. He will attempt to swat at any cat that will try and eat.
Appearance
Mr. Slither is a large tom cat with an orange pattern on his back. He's got a thick coat and tufts of fur that jut out of his shoulders when he loafs. As time has progressed he has gotten increasingly fat and regal looking.
Sightings
April 2024
- April 24, 2024: At 05:30 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither slid under the plastic cover and ate some food, but he was startled by the sudden appearance of Ms. Bounce from up above. Later, at 06:42 PM (LFT), in a rare moment of peace, Mr. Slither enjoyed some fresh mince alongside Ms. Bounce and an unknown cat.
- April 25, 2024: At 06:42 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither returned to eat some kibble before leaving again.
- 08:20 PM (LFT) Mr. Slither made another visit to have a second round of kibble.
- April 28, 2024: At 12:47 AM (LFT), An absolutely soaked Mr. Slither arrived at the feeder to eat kibble.
- April 30, 2024 At 06:42 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither had a stand-off between Ms. Bounce, Big Grey, and Watcher. He ultimately scared all three off and enjoyed some kibble.
May 2024
- May 05, 2024: At 10:10 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither scared off Ms. Bounce and Big Grey, then slithered into the feeder with the lone Watcher. Watcher watched on with horror as he ate kibble.
- May 06, 2024:
- At 08:24 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither interrupted Mama Bear and the kittens' dinner. Underestimating Little Anarchy's inherent need for destruction, he tried and failed to best her in battle. He ran away shortly after losing.
- At 10:00 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither returned, but not without company. He was accompanied by a strange grey tabby. They managed to scare off Little Anarchy. However, Smidge was abandoned. Mama Bear watched on as she tried to figure out how to pass these two strangers. Mr. Slither slapped Smidge on her way out.
- May 07, 2024:
- At 08:30 AM (LFT), Mr. Slither hopped onto the feeder and ate for approximately two minutes before leaving.
- At 10:26 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither scared Mrs. Poppy away from the feeder and ate kibble for a minute.
- May 10, 2024: At 11:20 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither entered the TNR trap and was swiftly caught.
- May 12, 2024: At 11:00 AM (LFT), Mr. Slither passed by the feeder and gave it a sniff before leaving.
- May 13, 2024: At 08:18 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither appeared for a split second and left.
- May 14, 2024: At 05:23 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither appeared, looking gunkier than usual.
- 01:29 AM (LFT) Mr. Slither sneaked into the feeder, wary of the trap that lay waiting for him. He avoided capture for now.
- May 15, 2024: At 05:15 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither appeared and ate for a brief second before leaving.
- At 07:45 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither crept into the feeder and scurried away.
- May 16, 2024: At 01:50 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither enjoyed treats from the tray left by the caretaker.
- May 19, 2024: At 05:26 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither joined Ms. Fox for a brief moment, but left to let her enjoy the kibble. About an hour later, Ms. Bounce greeted Mr. Slither as he left the feeder.

- At 05:59 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither sniffed around the feeder, but left without eating.

- May 23, 2024: At 03:40 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither investigated the newly installed cubby.
- May 24, 2024 At 07:19 PM (LFT), Little Grey and Mr. Slither ate at the feeder, much to the annoyance of Big Grey.
- May 25, 2024: At 11:08 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither walked past and scared Smidge while she was eating.
- May 27, 2024:
- At 03:11 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither ate at the feeder, but made way for Liquid Fox
- At 07:50 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither sat over one tray of kibble while eating from another to prevent anyone else from stealing his food. Big Grey watched , unamused.
- May 28, 2024:
- At 04:32 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither patiently waited for Liquid Fox to finish, before eating at the feeder.
- At 06:11 PM (LFT), Mr Slither joined Ms. Bounce and Ms. Fox at the feeder, but decided not to eat anything.
- At 07:52 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither returned and was pestered by Ms. Bounce.
- May 29, 2024: At 05:50 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither wanted to eat, but was deterred by Big Grey being in his cubby.
- May 31, 2024:
- At 03:17 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither appeared, looking less gunky than usual.
- At 08:18 PM (LFT), not to be deterred by Little Anarchy, Mr. Slither enjoyed a meal at the feeder.
June 2024
- June 01, 2024:
- At 08:49 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither was delighted to see treats that had been donated. He ate most of the treats but left a portion of kibble.
- At 10:03 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither returned to the feeder, opting for kibble.
- June 03, 2024: At 07:40 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither successfully slithered into the feeder. Around 10 minutes later, Mr. Sun meowed a hello at Mr. Slither and left.
- June 04, 2024: At 08:29 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither arrived and ate the kibble that Ms. Fox left behind.
- June 05, 2024:
- At 02:32 AM (LFT), Mr. Slither scared Big Grey and startled Ms. Leaf.
- At 10:37 PM (LFT), Ms. Bounce and Ms. Leaf welcomed Mr. Slither into the feeder. He politely waited for his turn at the bowl as Ms. Bounce ate.
- June 06, 2024: At 10:35 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither crept into the feeder, not waking the sleeping Ms. Bounce and Ms. Leaf, though Little Anarchy watched him with rapt attention.
- June 07, 2024: At 06:06 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither waited for Little Anarchy to finish eating, before enjoying some treats and kibble himself. At 06:10 PM (LFT), Liquid Fox's intimidation yowls worked and Mr. Slither scurried away. Mr. Slither would return shortly after, alerting Ms. Bounce of an approaching human, and they scattered.

- June 16, 2024: At 10:06 AM (LFT), Mr. Slither took advantage of the abundance of kibble and chicken. He was left unbothered as he ate.

- At 08:11 AM (LFT) Mr. Slither made his way onto the feeder and dined on kibble.
- At 01:40 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither enjoyed the kibble that had been in the bowl. He investigated the cubby but decided to leave after another quick snack.
- June 18, 2024:
- At 04:21 AM (LFT), Mr. Slither scared Ms. Fox away, and proceeded to munch on kibble that she left behind.
- At 12:09 PM (LFT) Mr. Slither ate both the kibble and chicken at the feeder. About an hour later, Mr. Slither waited for Ms. Poppy to finish eating, poking his head in occasionally. He grew a little impatient and left. However, he returned and ate what remained at 01:13 PM (LFT).
- At 04:41 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither returned and ate kibble, though he seemed to be distracted, as he kept peering out the feeder.
- June 19, 2024:
- At 07:10 PM (LFT) Mr. Slither arrived at the mountain of kibble and chowed down with delight. Half an hour later, Mr. Slither slid into the feeder and ate his fair share of the kibble. He was soon accompanied by Ms. Bounce and Ms. Fox.
- At 10:08 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither returned to enjoy some peace and quiet after the hullabaloo from earlier.
- June 20, 2024: At 10:37 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither rested his paws after a delicious breakfast of kibble.
- June 21, 2024:
- At 05:24 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither arrived to eat the chicken that had been donated.
- At 08:38 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither returned to replace Mr. Sun at the feeder.
- At 11:49 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither had a late-night snack of kibble and chicken.
- June 26, 2024:
- At 08:28 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither took shelter from the rain, eating some kibble as he did so.
- At 10:12 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither returned for a second round of dinner, eating from the feeder bowl and the floor.
- June 27, 2024:
- At 12:07 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither arrived and unintentionally scared off Big Grey.
- At 04:17 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither found the kibble that was left by the caretaker and contently dined away.
- June 28, 2024: At 11:07 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither was anxious. He often looked over his shoulder as he ate.
- June 29, 2024: At 09:01 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither startled Big Grey, who ran away. Mr. Slither gave the kibble a light sniff and left without eating.
July 2024
- July 02, 2024: At 02:23 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither looked disappointedly at the empty bowl.
- July 07, 2024: At 01:14 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither ate kibble for lunch. Not quite full, he returned 21 minutes later to eat some more.
- July 09, 2024:
- At 07:50 AM (LFT), Mr. Slither chowed on some chicken. He was joined by Liquid Fox. Mr. Slither licked Liquid Fox atop the head, though this affection was short-lived. When kibble was donated, Mr. Slither slapped Liquid Fox away. He towered over her while she gave him a betrayed look.
- At 10:59 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither returned for a late dinner.
- July 12, 2024:
- At 03:17 AM (LFT), Mr. Slither scared Big Grey away. Mr. Helios tried to join him, but failed miserably, as Mr. Slither swatted at him.
- At 12:52 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither ignored the tray of kibble and opted to beg for chicken.
- July 14, 2024: At 06:03 PM (LFT), Mr. Slither scared Big Grey away and enjoyed kibble for dinner.
- July 17, 2024: 05:10 PM (LFT) Mr. Slither was blissfully unaware of Ms. Bounce. He ate mouthfuls of kibble and chicken while she sniffed him. Though he was then swiftly joined by a rather friendly Little Naranjita who sniffed him over. Mr. Slither was not impressed by his company.
- July 18, 2024: 05:43 PM (LFT) Mr. Slither's visit was brief, he had a quick meal and slithered away.
- July 23, 2024: 02:03 PM (LFT) Mr. Slither visited for a late lunch. He preened his fur and left.
- July 31, 2024: 09:26 PM (LFT) Mr. Slither crept into the feeder. He ate alone and undisturbed, just how he liked it.
August 2024
- August 01, 2024: 11:24 PM (LFT) Mr. Slither decided to visit for an extremely late helping of dinner. He crunched down on kibble and chowed down on chicken.
- 05:38 PM (LFT) Mr. Slither returned. He chomped down on kibble as he loafed at the feeder.
- August 02, 2024: 07:07 AM (LFT) Mr. Slither visited for some breakfast. He was happily eating kibble until he was donated chicken. He was more than happy to switch on over to the new snack.
- August 03, 2024: 06:19 PM (LFT) Mr. Slither grumpily ate kibble as Ms. Bounce wandered back and forth in the background.
- August 04, 2024: 08:41 PM (LFT) Mr. Slither peered over his shoulder then proceeded to eat chicken.
- August 05, 2024: 06:40 AM (LFT) Mr. Slither looked out of the feeder with a withering look. He had a cool drink between growls. Afterwards he ate some chicken.

- 07:58 PM (LFT) Mr. Slither pretended to be asleep as he waited for chicken to be donated. He immediately "woke up" and devoured it all.

- 04:19 PM (LFT) Mr. Slither joined a rather hostile Little Grey who hissed at him through mouthfuls of chicken. Mr. Slither watched as Little Grey ran off and then started eating.

- October 09, 2024: 09:59 AM (LFT) Mr. Slither climbed into the bowl and enjoyed a meal before sitting up and looking around the feeder. He scurried off as Ms. Fox approached and yowled at him.
