Ms. Scoop is a cat seen on the GUCCI feeder. She is named for the way she eats - by scooping up food into her mouth with her paws.
Behavior
Ms. Scoop has a unique way of eating. She does not eat the food in the front of the feeder, but instead reaches out into the very back of the feeder and scoops the food into her mouth with her paws. The other cats at the feeder tend to eat from the front, giving the feeder a sloped appearance since the back is relatively untouched. When Ms. Scoop visits the feeder, she levels out the feeder due to her unique eating style. Ms. Scoop and the Bling Family appear to be on good terms as they do not mind having her in their home.
Appearance
Ms. Scoop is a brown tabby with a distinct pelvic-bone-shaped marking in the middle of her back. She has dark vertical stripes running down her spine, which are slightly reminiscent of a skeleton. Her tail also is curled upwards in a scoop or cane-like way. It is unknown if this is because of some injury or because she simply prefers to keep her tail like that.
Sightings
- March 14th, 2024: Ms. Scoop was spotted for the first time at 7:33 AM local feeder time. Prior to her appearance, it was very difficult to get face photos for cats that visited the feeder because of the amount of food obscuring the cam. Ms. Scoop changed that by scooping out the kibble that obscured the cam, revealing her face for the first time.
- Ms. Scoop made a second appearance at 5:57 PM local feeder time, once again displaying her prowess at scooping kibble from the back of the feeder.
(Not every cat sighting is documented.)
