The Happy Canteen (快乐大食堂)(also formerly known as "Mr. Fresh's Feeder") is a feeder on the Hello Street Cat app. The location of Happy Canteen is near Auspicious Restaurant, as they are both in the same park.
The Happy Canteen is the most popular livestreamed feeder, as many people from all over the world watch it. Its notoriety started with multiple viral videos, the first dating back to October 8th, 2023, from TikToker @catzoo, showing Mr. Fresh side-eyeing the camera, waiting for fresh food[1]. Due to this popularity, trolls commonly spam donations to cover up the cameras, creating a Mount Kibble or Mount Snibble.

The poster hung in Happy Canteen that roughly reads: "They can't say anything, but we can! Stop animal abuse."The new poster (as of May 25, 2024) at the Happy Canteen, seems to be a sponsor by a local(?) restaurant.
The Happy Canteen has multiple stray cats, most having orange coats. Some cats may have stopped showing up as they have been adopted, gone missing, or are in another area. Auspicious Restaurant sometimes has cats from this feeder.
