The Happy Canteen (快乐大食堂) (formerly known as "Mr. Fresh's Feeder") is a feeder on the Hello Street Cat app. The location of the Happy Canteen is near Auspicious Restaurant, as they are both in the same park.
The Happy Canteen is the most popular livestreamed feeder, as many people from all over the world watch it. Its notoriety started with multiple viral videos, the first dating back to October 8th, 2023, from TikToker @catzoo, showing Mr. Fresh side-eyeing the camera, waiting for fresh food[1]. Due to this popularity, trolls commonly spam donations to cover up the cameras, creating Mount Kibble, Mount Snack, or Mount Snibble.
