Mr. Dot is a cat seen on the Happy Canteen (快乐大食堂) feeder characterized by the large dot on his forehead. He was was first seen at 12:27 CST(Chinese Standard Time), where he left after eating for 10 minutes straight, hardly showing his face. People in the chat of the YouTube "Hello Street Cat" restream dubbed him Mr. Shy.

Aside from his eponymous dot, Mr. Dot is unique in that despite almost certainly being female, he is referred to with he/him pronouns and the title of Mr.

Behavior

Mr. Dot’s mysterious presence seems to limit what observers can glean about him. He was once spotted being friendly with and eating kibble with Ms. Lag.

Appearance

Mr. Dot is a rather strikingly-patterned tortoiseshell tabby cat with a round head. On the center of this big, round forehead is an orange dot that contrasts with his mostly gray noggin.

Sightings

• March 1st, 2024: 12:40 PM (CN time) he ate chicken and appears to be sick in some way, due to constant sniffing and congested nose.

• March 6th, 2024: Around 3:05 PM (feeder time), Mr. Dot Was spotted feasting on the feeder for 6 minutes before leaving.

• March 9th, 2024: Around 3:29 (feeder time), Mr. Dot was spotted shortly after Mr. Sleepy left.

• March 14th, 2024: Around 12:06 PM (feeder time) Mr. Dot was spotted eating on the feeder for about 10 minutes before leaving.

• March 15th, 2024: At 10:37 PM (feeder time), Mr. Dot appeared and feasted feverishly on kibble for about 6 minutes, including some on the floor.
• March 20th, 2024: He ate at the feeder while Mr. Normal watched but at 9:07 AM (Local Feeder Time) Mr. Beef tried to enter the feeder so Mr. Dot immediately left
