Mr. Citrine
Mr. Citrine is a brown tabby that appears at Huanzi Animal Rescue Base. Originally, he and Mr. Quartz were thought to be the same cat, as they look nearly identical. When it was discovered that they were two different cats, the other cat got to keep the Mr. Quartz name, and this cat became Mr. Citrine. He is named Mr. Citrine because, as a crystal, citrine is said to be energizing and attract material wealth, and Mr. Citrine has more energy and is into material things (food) more than Mr. Quartz.
Behavior
Mr. Citrine has shown up to the feeder quite a bit, but not quite as often as Mr. Quartz, who, due to his love of lounging, tends to stay on camera for longer periods at a time. Mr. Citrine eats from the bowl a lot more often than Mr. Quartz does. As most of Mr. Citrine's on-screen time has been spent eating so far, not much is known about how he acts with other cats; however, he doesn't seem to mind when cats enter the feeder and watch him while he's eating.
Appearance
Mr. Citrine looks almost identical to Mr. Quartz, as they are both mostly brown tabbies with distinctive white triangle shapes over their noses. However, there are two ways to tell them apart. The first is that the triangle shapes on their faces are somewhat different. Mr. Citrine's triangle is a full triangle that spans both sides of his nose, while Mr. Quartz's is a half triangle (right triangle) that is only on the left half of his face. The other way to tell them apart is by looking at their front paws. Mr. Citrine's front paws are fully white, and the white extends a little bit above his paws; only Mr. Quartz's toes are white, and the rest of his front paws are brown.
