Mr. Butter is a rare visitor at Happy Canteen, and sometimes Auspicious Restaurant. He was first sighted on February 20, 2024. Mr. Butter is named after his coat color.

He was initially confused with Mr. Normal, and even with Mr. Fresh, but was later recognized as a distinct cat. His good side-eye skills and similar appearance may imply he was Mr. Fresh's pupil at one point.

Behavior

Mr. Butter likes to eat, showing up often. He is quite feisty, willingly getting into fights without much care. He also is a little anxious and knows how to give the side eye like Mr. Fresh, but he is not quite as skilled at it. Even though his name is Mr. Butter, do NOT feed him butter.

Appearance

Mr. Butter is a ginger tabby. He's very similar in appearance to Mr. Normal, but has a white chest and white socks across all his paws, making him distinct. He is mostly mistaken with Mr. Rev, with the only difference being being smaller in size. Another key to recognize him is his rather bright forehead.

February 2024

• February 20, 2024: Mr. Butter made its first appearance and had an interaction with Mr. Beef, who waited for his turn to the feeder. Later, he also interacted in a fight with Mr. Puke, before one of his puking incidents, and presumably Ms. Texas.
• February 22, 2024: At around 10:53 PM (LFT), he was sighted again.

March 2024

• March 07, 2024: At around 03:27 PM (LFT) he was sighted eating alone for a few minutes. Returned at 6:15 PM to eat, and was briefly attacked by another orange cat (likely Mr. Beef), but did not let the altercation affect him.
• March 08, 2024: At around 12:56 PM (LFT) he was sighted eating for a few minutes before peeing in the food and leaving.
• March 09, 2024: At around 05:40 PM (LFT), Mr. Butter was seen eating snacks. He frequently flinched and looked around at something off-camera.
• March 10, 2024:
  • At around 09:10 AM (LFT), Mr. Butter was seen hissing and growling back at an unknown cat outside the feeder. It is not known who instigated the fight. However, Mr. Butter chose to bring Mr. Island into his problems. Near the end of the fight, an unknown object or animal hit the feeder, triggering the emergency button.
  • At 09:01 PM (LFT), Mr. Butter showed up again and chowed down for 2 minutes before leaving.
• March 11, 2024: At around 06:20 PM (LFT), Mr. Butter was seen eating for a few minutes before abruptly turning around and peeing into the food, then leaving. He returned around 06:50 PM (LFT), continuing to eat for a bit, then once again peeing into the food. There is debate upon whether this sighting was of Mr. Butter or of a different cat.
• March 12, 2024: At around 03:50 PM (LFT), Mr. Butter enters the feeder and proceeds to eat for approximately 10 minutes. Two other cats were circling outside the feeder (Mr. One and a calico cat). As soon as Mr. Butter left the feeder, a car crash happened, as he had likely been meowing loudly for a whole 3 minutes at one of the cats that were trying to enter the feeder while he was still eating
• March 15, 2024: Mr. Butter appeared at around 05:00 PM (LFT), and ate for around 5 minutes. He had an eye booger. .
• March 17, 2024: Mr. Butter appears at around 03:50 AM (LFT), and eats for around 5 minutes. His eye booger is still there, though the appearance of it seems to have improved somewhat.
• March 18, 2024: Mr. Butter appeared at the feeder at around 04:39 AM (LFT) and ate for about 10 minutes. He got snacked and seems to have retained his eye booger.
• March 23, 2024: Mr, Butter was spotted at the feeder around 01:00 AM (LFT) and seemed rather anxious and making strange noises, until at around 5 minutes later when he was scared off by Mr. Crunch
• March 25, 2024: At around 03:03 AM (LFT), Mr. Butter was seen pawing at the food and eating it once close to him, then scampered off.

April 2024

• April 22, 2024: At around 05:36 PM (LFT), Mr. Butter was seen entering the feeder shortly after Mr. Lung left. He eats ravenously, surprisingly, the eye booger remains. He looks around every once and awhile before returning to his feast. After this, pattering can be heard, presumably rain(?) and he leaves.

May 2024

• May 07, 2024:
  • At around 03:14 AM (LFT), Mr. Butter was seen scaring off Brother Valentine from the feeder. Mr. Butter then proceeds to start eating at the feeder.
  • At around 06:40 AM (LFT), he replaced Mr. Egg soon after he left, munching on whatever was left after Mrs. Kirby's great feast and Mr. Egg's quick snack.
• May 10th, 2024: At 08:29 AM (LFT), Mr. Butter was eating at the Happy Canteen with an eye booger and chowing down on some freeze-dried snacks.
• May 30th, 2024: At around 1:40 pm (LFT), Mr. Butter was munching for a significant period of, obscured behind a mountain of kibble. Immediately followed by Ms Loop.

June 2024

• June 4th, 2024: At an unknown time, possibly somewhere at 01:00 AM (LFT). Mr. Butter was spotted for the first time this month munching at the feeder, leaving at 01:06 AM (LFT).
• June 15th, 2024: At 4:47 PM (LFT), Mr. Butter was spotted casually munching at Happy Canteen whilst often looking back at the light for whatever happy reason.
• June 27th, 2024: Mr. Butter was discovered at Kitty Happy House feeder at around 01:00 PM (LFT).

September 2024

• September 30th, 2024: At 17:04 (LFT), Mr. Butter was spotted at Auspicious Restaurant, running up to the feeder and briefly chowing down on some kibble.

October 2024

• October 3rd, 2024: At 4:31 AM (LFT), Mr. Butter entered the Happy Canteen feeder amidst flickering lights. While eating, he backed off and looked over his shoulder many times. He seems to had noticed something off the left side of the feeder, and left through the right at 4:40 AM.
• October 9th, 2024: Mr. Butter(?) was spotted at 1:14 AM (LFT) waiting for kibble to be dispensed, not knowing that the feeder is out of kibble. After he sat there looking sad for a few minutes, the viewers realized that snacks exists and decided to gave him some. Mr. Butter left the feeder at 13:28 (LFT)
• October 16th, 2024: At around 8:16 PM (LFT), Mr. Butter was (dreaming of salted butter) at the feeder for many minutes, but refused to eat the freshly dispensed kibble.
• October 27th, 2024: At around 4:48 PM (LFT), Mr. Butter was at the feeder but he didn't eat any kibble.

December 2024

• December 1st, 2024: At 8:36 PM (LFT), Mr. Butter arrived at the feeder. He didn't do much, he just looked at the feeder before leaving a few minutes later.
• December 5th, 2024: At around 9:18 AM (LFT), Mr. Butter arrived at the Happy Canteen feeder, eating some of the fresh dispensed kibble, looking behind him every few minutes. Leaving at 9:32 AM (LFT).

January 2025

• January 14, 2025: At 1:56 AM (LFT), Mr. Butter visited Kitty Happy House, but no one gave him food.
• January 20, 2025: At 6:05 PM (LFT), Mr. Butter arrived at the feeder. For about 6 minutes, he sat there unmoving and occasionally looking to his side. Food was dispensed but he remained unmoving. He finally left at 6:12 PM (LFT).
• January 24, 2025: At 11:39 PM (LFT), Mr. Butter was seen loafing at Auspicious Restaurant. Still, no one gave him food. He seemed to enjoy the new mat with Mr. Happy on it.
• January 25, 2025: At 8:19 PM (LFT), Mr. Butter returned to Auspicious Restaurant for the mat. He loafed for at least five minutes.
• January 26, 2025: At 7:40 PM (LFT), Mr. Butter came back to Auspicious Restaurant, but no one gave him food. He slept for five minutes.
• January 31, 2025: Mr. Butter was seen loafing at 11:08 PM (LFT).
